1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

• Local: Hong Kong SAR.
• International: We ship worldwide to most major countries (including the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and Asia).

2. Processing Times

• In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment verification.
• Consignment/Sourced Items: If an item is being sourced specifically for you, processing times may vary. You will be notified of the estimated dispatch date at the time of purchase.

Please note: Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and the value of the item.

4. Local Pickup (Hong Kong)

Customers in Hong Kong may choose to collect their items in person.

• Appointment: Pickup is strictly by appointment only.
• Please contact our team via WhatsApp to schedule your time slot.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking number.

You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

6. Insurance & Security

Given the high value of our products:

• Signature Required: All deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. Packages will not be left at doorsteps or with neighbors.
• Insurance: All shipments are fully insured by Luxnicy until they are signed for by the recipient.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of Hong Kong:

• The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
• Import duties, taxes, and fees: These are the responsibility of the recipient. Luxnicy has no control over these charges.
